Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to Sano+ Wholesale (the “Site”), a business-to-business channel operated as part of Sano+. By accessing the Site, you affirm you are accessing it on behalf of a verified business, research organization, or institution — not as an individual consumer.
Business-only sales
Sano+ Wholesale sells exclusively to verified business accounts. Every account is reviewed by our compliance team before catalog pricing, quotes, or checkout access are granted. We reserve the right to decline or revoke access for any account that does not meet our verification requirements.
No consumer returns
Because all sales are business-to-business and research-use materials are generally final sale, standard consumer return rights do not apply. Limited exceptions apply for shipping errors, transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery, or verified lot discrepancies confirmed by our compliance team.
Account responsibilities
- Maintain accurate business, tax, and licensing information on file.
- Use all materials strictly for lawful research or business purposes disclosed in your application.
- Do not resell, redistribute, or represent materials for human or veterinary use.
Limitation of liability
Sano+ Wholesale provides materials on an “as-is” basis for research use only and disclaims liability for any use inconsistent with the RUO disclaimer below or with applicable law.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Sano+ Wholesale collects and uses information submitted through business applications, RFQs, and contact forms.
Information we collect
- Business details: company name, tax ID, business type, and licensing documentation.
- Contact details: representative name, email address, and phone number.
- Application content: intended research use and supporting documentation you choose to submit.
How we use it
Information is used solely to evaluate business applications, verify compliance eligibility, process quotes and orders for approved accounts, and communicate with your designated representative. We do not sell business information to third parties.
Data retention
Application and account records are retained for as long as needed to support compliance review, documentation requirements, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Research Use Only (RUO) Disclaimer
All products offered through Sano+ Wholesale are intended exclusively for in vitro laboratory research and business use by qualified, verified business accounts. They are Research Use Only (RUO) materials.
Not for human or animal use
Products listed on this Site are not intended for human or animal consumption, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, injection, ingestion, or compounding for patient use, unless expressly permitted by applicable law and supported by the required licenses and documentation. These materials have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
No medical or clinical advice
Sano+ Wholesale does not provide medical, clinical, dosing, reconstitution, administration, legal, regulatory, or tax advice. Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of any material complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Verification requirement
Access to pricing, ordering, and documentation is restricted to verified business accounts. By confirming the entry verification statements on this Site, you affirm you are a qualified researcher or authorized business representative purchasing exclusively for lawful in vitro or laboratory research.
Restricted uses
Materials may not be used for, or represented as suitable for, bodybuilding, self-administration, personal supplementation, or any human or veterinary therapeutic purpose. Businesses making prohibited claims about these materials are not eligible for continued access.
Refund & Return Policy
Because all sales are business-to-business and research-use materials are generally final sale, standard consumer return rights do not apply to Sano+ Wholesale orders.
Limited exceptions
- Shipping errors (incorrect SKU or quantity fulfilled against a confirmed order).
- Transit damage reported to your account representative within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic documentation.
- Verified lot discrepancies confirmed by our compliance team against the lot’s Certificate of Analysis.
Approved claims are resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at Sano+ Wholesale’s discretion. Opened or reconstituted materials are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
Payment Security
Card payments for approved accounts are processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted where supported by our processor.
What we store
Sano+ Wholesale does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or raw payment credentials on its own systems. Payment tokens and transaction records are maintained by the processor in accordance with PCI-DSS requirements.
Invoicing and terms
Qualifying accounts may arrange net payment terms and PO-based invoicing with their account representative during the quote process.
Restricted Products Policy
Certain materials may be restricted or unavailable based on jurisdiction, business type, or applicable law. Sano+ Wholesale reserves the right to decline any order, in whole or in part, where fulfillment would conflict with applicable regulations or with this Site’s intended-use restrictions.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers are solely responsible for confirming that their purchase, possession, and use of any material is lawful in their jurisdiction and consistent with the licenses and intended use disclosed in their application. Misrepresentation of intended use is grounds for immediate account termination.
